Hi! I’m Sarah, a functional health specialist, outdoor enthusiast, and women’s health advocate. After discovering the transformative power of nutrition-based care in my own health journey, I was empowered to help others unlock their potential for feeling nutritionally nourished and functionally fit.
When I was diagnosed with a doozy of autoimmune disorders in my late teens and early twenties (Celiac Disease, PCOS, and IBD), I quickly realized how traditional medical care could leave me feeling physically worse and emotionally drained. Taking a functional medicine approach to understanding my body was the only way I began to feel better. Not wanting other people in similar positions to miss out on the amazing benefits a more integrative perspective to wellness can provide, I made a career change and earned my Master’s in Nutrition and Functional Medicine to help you rediscover the balance your body has been seeking!
